Having been a student of physics for many years, specifically in the arena of sub atomic particles, I find the big bang theory absurd. For this event to have occurred, the sheer mass of the ‘exploding’ particle(s) would have to be so large even Galileo would have been able to look back through time and see it in his crude lens. Granted, the actions of black holes and collapsed stars can reduce the mass of matter – to an extent. But I cannot logically take the existing big bang theory at face value due to the sheer volume of matter and energy  (visible and dark) calculated to exist in this universe.

I am postulating a more realistic theory. Nearly anyone with an average intellect understands the equation E=mc2. Simply enough, the equation of energy to matter. But what if the process were reversed? The slowing down of energy perhaps through distance traveled or another effect would begin the creation of matter. At first the particles would be as small as or smaller than perhaps a muon. Over time, through accretion, particles would begin to amass, eventually creating the diversity in the universe as we witness it.

Did It Really Happen?

I seriously propose that the beginning of our world is not a particle explosion but is an ongoing, continuous, stream of energy being fed into this void from another source, perhaps a grander universe, or perhaps from the flip side of a giant black hole. The source of this energy is not the point of this speculation but fodder for additional thought.

One of the proven facts is that the universe is continuously expanding based on verification of studies of the red Doppler shift. This continuous expansion can be easily compared to the filling of a balloon with a contaminated hydrogen tank. As the hydrogen entering the balloon continues, the particles would continue to expand and the particles would forcefully move further apart from each other. The breakdown of this stream and the constant production of matter would most certainly become complicated with time to create the chaos of the universe as we see it today. This line of thought might also explain the fact of this being an expanding universe. In addition, there is no reason to believe this energy stream flows at a constant speed – it could possibly be fluctuating. Like the helium balloon which if overfilled will eventually pop, is this our universe’s destiny? Who knows?

Please think this out and reply with constructive criticism. Our universe is being constantly fed, not from a single ‘bang’ point but from a pressurized stream of energy either from a master universe, a giant dimensional black hole or perhaps some yet unimagined source. So absolutely do not buy the big bang at face value. The current belief is in egregious error. I believe Mr. Hubble’s theory will eventually be replaced with a more logical explanation. Quite frankly I’m surprised Mr Hawkins hasn’t tackled this anomoly as well.

I’m having a very hard time understanding the problem with our government not being able to solve the illegal immigration problems. With elections coming up, we’re going to presented with the usual pap on how to address the situation from both sides which neither one wants to solve anyway!  They both need the votes – legal or not!  It’s all about the votes.  Let’s not offend the Mexicans, it will cost votes.  This is a bunch of crap!

Having lived near the border in Tucson for over 35 years, I think I have a handle on the difficulties.  Over the years I have become fascinated with the Mexican culture.  We share religious beliefs such as  as Catholicism, strong family values and ties.  I love the music, the customs and hold the Mexicans in high esteem regarding the quality of their skills and honor them as overall good God fearing people. Many of my best friends are Mexican Nationals!

I’m told they steal our jobs.  Nonsense!  Most often they are more than willing and quite thankful to do the work us North Americans don’t want to do. And like anyone, after enough time with a company their job responsibilities increase due to experience and quite often they end up with very good positions earning a good income and more power to them!

We want the same things too! It’s the American Dream..

The biggest complaints about illegal immigration have to do with the burden of financial costs from schooling to welfare, lack of insurance and crime paid for, in the trillions, by legal citizens of our country.  This much is true! And yes, it needs to be addressed.

This all can be simply solved!  All they want is a better way of life; a way to financially help their families and enhance their way of life and maybe a piece of the great US American way of  life,  so let’s make it available. We simply need to set up a workable system agreeable by all parties.

These are the steps I suggest which may very well solve the majority of the problems.  I am not interested in hearing whining about the costs of this program.  The money is already there, being wasted on many other failing policies and programs. Use some of the Border patrol money to begin the funding which will eventually be replaced by employment taxation.  There is no argument here!   I profess I do not have all the answers at this moment but this policy, once refined,  should work very well:

First, at every Border crossing and at locations in all large American cities with high populations of illegals, set up the necessary offices to do the processing of the program.  Any one wanting a work permit should show up with their birth certificate, proof of residency, and references.  If needed, a small, affordable, financial stipend to get the paperwork started may be required.  Let’s start with the basics.  We need to set up a work related Visa.  It should be a 6 month, renewable program, with a holistic, secure, finger printed ID and photo registration card for anyone wanting to work here with future possibilities of becoming a naturalized citizen offered as an incentive to make it worth their while.  There, of course, needs to be some guide lines.  A back round check must be performed to be sure none of the applicants are on any terrorist lists.  Simply put, terrorists or criminals are not welcome!  Voting in United States elections is not an option at this time either.

After initial acceptance of an applicant, a 2 week training service must be provided explaining the rules of our Country, how to achieve the necessary documents and maintenance and obedience to the program.  At this time, social security cards can be issued so taxes are obtained early in the program. Federal, state, FICA, and social security must be deducted from their pay and the hiring companies will be obligated to see this is accomplished. Each person shall be assigned a case worker who will be diligent in assisting the applicant through his or her transition. If a sponsor on this side of the border is available, that person should be contacted for verification and they may be someone the applicant is already working for. This will eliminate the need for American companies’ fears of punishment for hiring immigrants. Not only that, companies can provide information so they may hire these folks!  The applicant must check in with his case worker in person or by phone every thirty days with work information, providing company names and phone numbers for verification, to avoid expulsion.

Families of applicants are not entitled to entry into the country during the preliminary work periods.

Next, if the applicant intends to drive in this country he or she will need to take a drivers course, a test and obtain a legal driving permit within 60 days of application including liability insurance.  A general fund with low cost insurance rates should be provided for them for a certain period of time by our government.  Same goes for limited medical insurance.  It must be mandatory but for a brief period, at a discounted rate subsidized by the American taxpayer to help get them on their feet when they have a need.  Even a limited food assistance program could be provided for the first 30 days or so. Schooling must be provided to teach English and the laws of the land here in the States.

Same goes with housing.  If there is no sponsor or place to stay, low cost housing should be temporarily provided to get them on their feet. If the worker is female and has a child while here on a work visa, the parent nor the child shall enjoy automatic citizenship, ending their privileges.  That must still be earned.   This is not a program for children.   The baby scam must end with this new program.

This must be a diligent program and violators must be expelled and denied reentry for a period of no less than 2 years.

If after 6 months, the worker would like to file an extension, he or she may do so 1 time.  If they wish to stay longer, during the second Visa period, they may apply for and complete the citizenship process by following our existing established.guidelines. This is when discussion of bringing the spouse and children to the country to become citizens as well can be addressed. If not, the applicant may reapply 1 year after the end of his or her stay for reentry.

An approach of this nature would virtually eliminate the coyote business, saving Mexican nationals thousands of dollars and potential torture and actually reduce some of the burros (indentured slaves) needed to carry drugs over the border to earn extra money.  In another blog we can discuss the decriminalization or legalizing of  Marijuana to end the reign of the cartels and turn the taxable profits over to our country.

The government of the United States should also offer a one time amnesty program to all illegal immigrants of all nationalities in this country to follow suit with the new program.  They should be given no more than 60 days to contact one of the new work program offices.  After which time, anyone undocumented should be immediately expelled from the USA, and this includes College Professors or anyone not obeying the laws of the land. Everyone gets an equal chance!

Don’t you get it?  These people are literally dying in our deserts to become citizens of our great nation.  Let’s do this right!  The program is not intended to be easy but it should be reasonably achievable by any one with a sincerity to follow the law and have that great opportunity those of us that legally live here have.

A program like this is really the only chance a Republican has to become president.  But alas, as I predicted in one of my older blogs, unfortunately the Republican party didn’t provide us with anybody strong enough to take on the existing President.  It was never really meant to be anyway.

Hey, Obama, Congress and the rest of you incompetents; heed this!  Quit you’re damn game playing!  Take several thousand of those returning Iraq troops and send them down to the border right now.  Prove to the Americans you actually care instead of treating us like a bunch of dummies.  You see what’s going on in the middle east. I’m here to tell you Americans are very sick of you constant lies and revolution my be closer than you think!  Those countries have had it with their so called self serving, benefit enriched, leaders and so have we!

I took a nap in 1995 after arriving home from getting a crown put on a bad tooth by my favorite dentist.  The shiny metal cap cost me all of $60 including numbing, grinding, root removal, filling, and ultimately capping.

I woke up in 2012 for my next visit. The identical procedure was now $ 1,000 !!  What in the hell happened here?  When did dentists become such greed mongers?  I perform the same type of function, doing automotive bodywork, only on a larger scale.  My rates went from $45 to $85 in those same years and people think I overcharge!

Let’s look at this closer:

The Numbing Shot: 45 cent needle and 75 cent numb stuff

The Grinding:           25 cents grit

The Root Canal:       A Free Yank

The Cap:                  3 dollars (in today’s silver)

Labor:                       Still no more than 3 hours

Simple fillings have gone from $30 to $250 or more!  In 1980 I had a pin put into my jaw to support a fake tooth where my real one broke off in a football game.  That Tucson dentist charged me all of $20 for the post and another $40 for the fake tooth.  I still have it to this day (albeit it’s been constantly infected).  The same dentist now wants to charge me $3000 each to replace some bad teeth!  Forget the fact that I was there with my family to support him when his practice was new?  By the way, it’s kind of funny.  Even though I won’t mention it here, his last name says it all!  Sound familiar Dr. …?  Another well meaning guy turned Gouger and Thief!

Try to find the rates they charge per procedure on line!  Go ahead;  Google it!  Guess what?  Not there!  I was able to find rates from clinics in Thailand, Mexico, and India.  But, you guessed, none from the United States!  Not even from so called ‘Discount Dentists’!  They’re too embarrassed to publish their usurious rates! Thank you, American Dental Association (ADA).

I’ve read that dentists have a high rate of suicide.  I wonder how many of them are found in their own chairs?  I say it’s time to retaliate! If you happen to know that customer in your place of business is a dentist, charge him or her 10 times a reasonable rate for your product or service! Maybe they’ll get a hint!

Now that I’ve reached that ‘Senior Citizen’ age I require dental assistance.  After studying my options, it looks like I’ll need to get them yanked and just go with dentures.  I’d really like snap in dentures but guess what?  $12,000 for that!

Forget it! I’ll just gnaw my way through life!  I’m going back to bed!  Maybe when I wake up the Democrats will force me to have dental insurance!

I’ve just about had enough!

I feel helpless as I watch this president trying to  turn our great Judeo-Christian Nation into a Muslim land!  Now the e-mails abound regarding the ‘Christmas Tree’.  It’s now to be called a ‘Holiday Tree‘.  Do you truly think we believe that your watch was at the jewelers (along with the rest of your jewelry).  We have watched your Muslim ways, sir, and we know the truth!  Well I’ve got news for you.  You are not looking far enough into the future!

Here’s what’s really going to happen:  Two segments of our population are reproducing at phenomenal rates; the Muslims, by design, and the Latinos, by their culture.  In the Eastern half of the country this is true for the Muslims and in the West, it’s the Latinos.  The Whites, the Asians and the Blacks are having less children comparatively primarily based on higher education and quality of life.

The Muslims are intent on ruling the United States (and the rest of the world) and the Latinos are tired of being suppressed.  The Muslims will use any and all means to gain control of all lands including subversion (the White House?) and terrorism.  The Latinos don’t look for, or start, trouble.  Of course there are problems with Latino gangs and the drug culture but their goal is not world dominance.

The Latinos are basically a Christian, God fearing, hard working, culture. All Muslims are not terrorists, of course, but their tenet is indeed world domination!  Now if you want to discuss dominance, I’m here to tell you, the Latinos are not going to take the Muslims’ antagonistic attitude for very long.  The Muslims may use terror but apparently, they don’t read the news from South America!  You don’t have Muslims trying to take over Columbia, Peru, or Venezuela.  While a Muslim might, stupidly I might add, blow themselves up to kill others, the hard core, militant, Latino will retaliate, for starters, by killing every member of your family. By the way, just for your information, there are no virgins waiting for you! Muslims in political offices will be brutally slaughtered with their families being eliminated as well. South American journalists have learned the hard way how cruel the Latino mobster can be.

When this futuristic scenario begins to develop, you can bet every White, most Asians, and the majority of Blacks will side with the Latinos.  Wake up and smell the danger!  This Country and it’s leadership, needs to stop supporting the takeover of country after country by Muslim extremists!  Europe is just rolling over on it’s back like a submissive puppy!  Within 100 years most of Europe will be Muslim controlled!

I ask my fellow voters to put a stop to this threat to our Nation come November 2012!  No matter who you elect, stop the Muslim take over!  I have a couple of Muslim acquaintances but a lot of Latino friends. I respect and enjoy the Latino way of life much more! How about you?

After three poorly presented  campaigns to sell their new product Sierra Mist, now the Cola giant, Pepsi,  has stooped to imitating the number one Cola, Coke, by stealing Coke‘s advertising icons!  When I first saw the poorly written and presented, original, Sierra Mist commercials in my surveys, I wrote Pepsi a letter suggesting they fire their advertising agency immediately!  They were awful!

Well they cleaned them up after three tries and then moved on to purloin Coca Cola’s beloved Polar Bear and Santa ads.  I was almost ready to actually try Sierra Mist but I think  I’ll continue to  press the Sprite button on the soda machine instead!  Is Pepsi really this desperate?  The new can design of Pepsi has apparently not worked to draw in many new customers or they wouldn’t have to be reaching for such despicable measures!  I would think this might even border on some type of lawsuit by Coke!

What’s next?  Setting Santa’s hair on fire?

Now I really suggest they FIRE their advertising division!  Shame on you Pepsi!  Try as you may, you will never produce a product as good as Coke, neither will the public let you steal the Bears or Santa from our fond Coca Cola commercial memories!  All Pepsi has accomplished is to really push Coca Cola drinkers farther away from Pepsi products!

Santa and the Polar Bears are part of the Coca Cola culture! You don’t see Chevrolet trying to steal Mike Rowe away from Ford. Get your own icons Pepsi!  Maybe Weasels and the Grinch!

Hey FX, turn down the volume on the damn commercials! 

You can count on the volume of the ads to go up 5 decibels in between an FX movie, which by the way, is about every 7 minutes!

Well it’s been said over and over.  Your every move is being tracked on the Internet.  It’s true and I got the proof painfully pounded into my every Internet action today!

It’s that time of the year again when my auto insurance bill is due, of course, within the next few days.  I really am one of those lucky chaps that really did save a bundle of money by calling Geico several years ago.  By remaining a loyal customer, my rates have actually gone down over time.  But, being curious, at every renewal period I nose around to see where I stand.  And that’s where the nightmare started!

Having already been stroked by Progressive last year, I though I’d give that new insurance company a try.  You know; the one with the commercial that constantly destroys two identical but different colored cars several different ways.  21st Century Insurance – my new nightmare! That’s the one!  Well, first off, it takes forever to get through their slow quote process.  Page reload is snail slow.  Then my mistake!  I had to step away from my bot for a while and upon my return I was notified that I would have to begin anew.  I wasn’t in the mood then to have to reenter all that information again!  So to rest my brain I decided instead to cruise on over to MSN’s ZONE to play a game of Hearts.  And guess what I find?! Advertising for 21st Century Insurance splattered all over my game screens!  What in the hell is going on here?  MSN?!! Have you been paid by these crooks to throw their garbage in my face?!

Why am I suddenly not surprised?  Hey, wait a minute!  Isn’t 21st Century the same group that RIPPED OFF millions of AMERICANS while protecting GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES’ insurance benefits when they were known as AIG?!   Surely you remember that massive bailout to save our precious politicians their PRIVATE INSURANCE BENEFITS THAT WE LOWLY AMERICANS DO NOT SHARE IN!

DO NOT GIVE AIG / 21ST CENTURY A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!

And Microsoft, what the hell are you doing following me around the web with their advertisements?! Shame on you!

Oh yea, the quote? Well it was $250 higher per 6 months than Geico anyway.  So no matter what you call them, AIG or 21st Century, they are still a major rip off!

I guess I’m just going to stick with my old trusted partner, Geico and hopefully those overbearing red ads with the moron holding the hammer will eventually fade away!

PACIFICA, Calif., Aug. 12 (UPI) — A pregnant California woman was mauled and killed in her home by one of the family’s two pit bulls, police said.

Greg Napora of Pacifica told police he returned home from work Thursday and found one of the dogs standing over his wife’s body, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Rescue personnel attempted to revive Darla Napora, 32, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Greg Napora said he was able to get the dog into his back yard before police arrived but the dog escaped and was later shot and killed by police officers.

Neighbor Kathy Carlson said she saw Greg Napora outside his home.

“He was in the driveway all frantic, yelling. He had blood on his hands, blood on his shirt and blood down his pants,” Carlson said.

“They are not barking dogs. They seemed friendly,” she said, describing the pit bulls owned by the Naporas. “I have a pit also and he’s an absolute angel. It’s just really sad.” Is this neighbor an idiot or what?

Yup, keep breeding these monsters you morons!

Well it happened yet again!

A woman has been mauled to death by a pack of four pit bulls in the town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.  Margaret Salcedo, 48, was walking alone when the dogs, which had escaped from a fenced yard at a private home, attacked her on Sunday afternoon.

An officer arrived on the scene in less than three minutes, but it was too late! 3 minutes!
Ms. Salcedo was bitten on all her extremities and lost a lot of blood. She was taken to a hospital, where she died within hours.

What an absolutely horrifying way to die!

The dogs were later located, but authorities said they will not make a determination on whether to destroy them until the conclusion of their investigation. What? Who is in charge here? Idiots?

The dogs belong to a pair of criminals, named John and Maria Hardiman, who were not present during the attack. New Mexico State Police officials were conferring with the local District Attorney’s Office to determine if criminal charges are warranted.  What? To determine….?! Idiots!

Enough is Enough!

These deranged, not to mention, ugly, and scary looking, killing machines must be gathered up and slaughtered!  Now! This is not a joke!  How many more people must die before something is done?  On top of this, every pit bull owner should immediately be locked away! If they are sick enough to own one of these filthy animals, they should be charged with a crime and be separated from society.

You are welcome to write me with your whining and tell me, “Oh, the dogs are great; it’s the fault of bad owners.”  Well I’m here to tell you that YOU ARE WRONG! The cutest, nicest, calmest, pit bull WILL EAT YOUR CHILD if given the right opportunity!

I have a large dumpster in my yard and am offering $1 for every pitbull skull put in it!

Do you remember way back during your school days when the other kids were always either cool or they were dorks?  Well most of us thought of ourselves as the cool ones.  It seems the dorks have all grown up and gone into politics!

Our pal, Mitt Romney just announced his candidacy for President of the United States.  Wonderful!  Here we go again! Talk about the king of dorks! The Republicans might have a half of a chance of taking the white house if they didn’t keep offering up dorks to the people.  Look at the last election slate of GOP’ers. Dorks! Every one of them!  Sure, now we’ve got Sarah Palin.  She’s cutesy in her own way, but c’mon, she is really the epitome of a dork!  I’m not sure quite yet how to categorize Mr Trump.  We share the first same name so I just can’t get myself to call him a dork.  I actually like this guy quite a bit. Now there is real business talent!  I’m afraid to see who else the Republicans are going to serve up on a platter but now, even if it’s somebody cool, we’ve got to go through all of the garbage again of listening to King Dork Romney’s ramblings.  When will they get this right?

Give me someone cool to vote for! John Travolta is the coolest person I can think of at the moment. To bad Clint Eastwood is too old to hold office; now he’s cool!  Laurence Fishburne is definitely cool! I think Johnny Depp would be the coolest Prez ever! Can you picture him at a state dinner dressed as the Mad Hatter? That would be a trip! Oh man, don’t forget De Nero and Pacino for Prez and Vice Prez; what a duo they would be! Or how about Samuel Jackson and Will Smith?!

For the voting gals, I’d put Victor Newman from The Young and The Restless on the slate.  Heck, I even like the guy too!  Sorry, I can’t think of too many really cool ladies, save, perhaps, some of those blond bombshells from the Fox News Network and of course, Rachel Ray and Daryl Hanna (she is the bomb!).

So with 2012 around the corner prepare to be bored to death (maybe that’s how the world ends) by nothing but Nerds and Dorks from both sides of the fence.  And I think I know why that is.  The cool people don’t want anything to do with politics!

It is my opinion the Japanese leaders have their heads stuck up their butts! What the hell are they thinking?!

Bury It Now!

Radiation has already contaminated their raw milk, foods from the sea and at least 11 kinds of vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower and turnips, grown in areas around the plant.

The U.S. and Australia are halting imports of Japanese dairy products and produce from the region.  Hong Kong said it would require that Japan perform safety checks on meat, eggs and seafood, and Canada said it would upgrade controls on imports of Japanese food products.

Radiation is being detected all over the world from this fiasco.  Remember, these are the same reactors currently being used in the United States and both countries were too damn cheap to install the systems for exhausting and filtering the radiated smoke from any kind of problem!

This needs an immediate resolution! Not tomorrow or the day after.  NOW! The order should be given right away to bury the site in sand and concrete as fast as those planes can fly!  Didn’t they learn anything from Chernobyl?

If this goes on for just one more week, the entire island will become uninhabitable! Why the delay?

What is going on here? Why are the United Nations, the Europeans, or the United States not demanding an end to the game playing?  The electricity was reconnected to the pumps.  The pumps are shot – they do not work!

I assure you, if nothing is done soon, every human on the planet will need their own Geiger counter to check their water and food.

Am I the boy that cried wolf?  Is the sky falling?  Am I over reacting?

I had to laugh today.  I saw a commercial for, ‘Abilify‘, a prescription antipsychotic medication drug you should take for depression.  After the narrator calmly extoled the virtues of using Abilify it seemed like he went off at 20 miles per hour listing all the side effects and, quite frankly, I was amazed!

I must say I am a bit confused,

The first side effect is:  ‘Thoughts of hurting yourself’.   IZZITME?  I would expect an anti depression drug to stop these evil thoughts!  Now check out the rest of the list!

Possible side effects include:

urinating less than usual or not at all;

Choking or trouble swallowing;

Dizziness, drowsiness, or weakness;

Constipation, mild stomach upset;

Headache, anxiety;

Sleep problems (insomnia);

Dizziness; drowsiness; headache; nausea; vomiting;

Weight gain.

Then I found this:
